As part of our obligations under our international gaming licence and anti-money laundering compliance requirements, 1mgame may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be asked to submit a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, and evidence of your payment method. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification.

You may close your 1mgame account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
